What Makes My Work Different
In a sea of anti-diet messaging, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure what actually applies to you.
You might want food freedom, but still feel scared of weight gain.
You might want to trust your body, but feel like you’ve lost the ability to hear it.
You might know the “right” things intellectually but still feel stuck.
That’s where our work comes in.
Together, we rebuild trust in your body’s signals, challenge the beliefs that are keeping you stuck, and create a way of eating and moving that actually feels sustainable for your life.
Not because someone told you it was the right way.
But because it’s the way that works for you.
Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.
My passion is helping people heal their relationships with food, movement, and body image.
This isn’t just professional for me. It’s personal. I’ve spent years doing my own work around all three. Hours, days, months, and honestly decades of learning how to reconnect with my body and let go of the rules that never actually helped.
As a Registered Dietitian, my goal is to help you make food choices that taste good, nourish your body, and don’t come with fear, guilt, or shame. Food can support your health and bring you joy. We really can have our cake and eat it too.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher, I believe yoga is much more than physical poses. Yoga is a way of living that helps you reconnect with yourself. Through movement, breath, and awareness, we begin to hear our bodies more clearly and rebuild trust in what they’re telling us.
And as a Body Image Coach, I help people rebuild their relationships with their bodies after years of diet culture messaging. So many of us have been taught to distrust our bodies, override our needs, and measure our worth by our appearance. It doesn’t have to stay that way.
In our work together, we challenge those messages and create space for something different. We listen to what your body, mind, and emotions are actually telling you. They all have their own language.
My role is to help you learn how to understand it.
Sometimes that process feels messy or frustrating. But you don’t have to navigate it alone.
